Strawberry Pudding PieIt does take a while for pudding no bake pies to set up, about 3 hours, so make sure to allow plenty of time! To speed things up, you can also put it in the freezer, just don’t forget about it 🙂

Strawberry Pudding PieWHY I LOVE PUDDING PIES

  • SO easy to make.
  • A no-bake dessert recipe that won’t heat up the kitchen.
  • SO delicious.
  • EASY to customize & create an assortment of different types of pudding pies.

In this recipe, I just mixed the pudding and Cool Whip together and spread it into the graham cracker crust, topping with Strawberries. You could also make it similar to my Jello Pudding 3 Layer Pie

Strawberry Pudding PieHow to Make an Easy Graham Cracker Crust

If you don’t want to use a store bought Graham Cracker Crust, you could also easily make your own at home. I’ve also switched things up and made a Nilla Wafer Crust or used Oreo’s to make an Oreo Pie Crust. You will need the following ingredients.

  • Graham crackers
  • Melted butter
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Now it’s time to turn the ingredients into a pie crust!

  • Put the graham crackers into a large food processor, and pulse into fine crumbs or use a hand chopper and chop into fine crumbs.
  • Next, add the melted butter, sugar, & salt to the food processor.
  • Pulse again a few times to combine. If using a hand chopper, just pour into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Pour into a 9-inch deep-dish pie pan, and use your fingers to gently press the mixture up the sides of the pan and flat on the bottom to create a smooth crust.
  • Refrigerate the crust until ready to fill.

I cut generous slices and serve cold, topped with dollops of Cool Whip or whipped cream. A bright, fresh whole or sliced Strawberry on top is the perfect finish before serving.

Be sure to CHILL the pie at least 3 hours to allow it to firm up. Overnight is even better.

If you have any pie leftover, just pop back in the fridge or freezer to keep cool until serving more.
