Coca Cola Meatballs

Coca-Cola Meatballs is a three-ingredient dish that only takes five minutes to put together. It’s made with frozen meatballs, BBQ sauce, and coca-cola soda. Because there are so few ingredients, it’s easy to alter to fit your preferences and tastes. It’s cooked in a crockpot so you have a delicious appetizer, side dish, or main course ready at dinner time.

The best part of this dish is the ability to use it as an appetizer for a holiday party, a side dish with dinner, or paired with mashed potatoes and vegetables as a main dish. With any of these options, these meatballs can stand on their own because of the flavor they pack. Ingredients: 

Frozen meatballs: You can buy frozen meatballs in the frozen entree section of the grocery store. 

BBQ sauce: Use your favorite barbecue sauce or make your own. 

Coca-Cola soda: This soda is easily found at basically any store that sells food.

How to make coca-cola meatballs: 

  1. Spray the bowl of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and add the meatballs.

2. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the top of the meatballs.

3. Pour the Coca-Cola over the top.

4. Place the lid on the slow cooker and set to cook on low for 4 hours.

5. When the cooking time is up, turn the slow cooker up to high and allow the sauce to simmer for 30 minutes to thicken.

  • Asian with teriyaki sauce.

Instructions
