Cajun Bacon Wrapped Sausages are a tasty appetizer that is made with mini smoked sausages, bacon, brown sugar, and cajun seasoning. Ingredients

Bacon: Thick smoked bacon adds amazing savory flavor to this dish. 

Mini smoked sausages: You can find mini sausages by the pepperoni slices in your grocery store.  

Brown sugar: Light or dark brown sugar will work here. The brown sugar will caramelize in the oven and be a deliciously crunchy and sweet contrast to the savory flavors.   

Cajun seasoning: Buy your favorite cajun seasoning blend in the spice aisle of the grocery store. You can also order it online if you can’t find it at the store. 

How to make cajun bacon-wrapped sausages: 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.

2. Cut the strips of bacon into thirds and wrap each sausage with bacon.

3. Combine the brown sugar and Cajun seasoning and roll each sausage in the sugar mixture.

4. Place the coated sausages on the lined baking sheet.
