Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Chocolate Chip Cookies are a FAVORITE in our home.

When you add in chocolate candies, the kids consider them to be MAGIC Cookie Bars.

These are great to make with beginner bakers, so they can learn about mixing the ingredients, measuring, cook times, etc. because it doesn’t require them to scoop out evenly sized balls to bake.

You can easily interchange the flavors by mixing up the candies used, add in marshmallows, etc. – whatever your taste buds are craving.

When serving at a holiday or special occasion, you can even cut out shapes with cookie cutters after they’re baked, then decorate with icing, sprinkles, etc.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9×13 baking dish by lining with parchment paper.

These bars look delicious. I think they're easier than cookies.
