Mint Oreo Cookie Bars

These Mint Oreo Cookie Bars are delicious and very easy to make.

The Mint Oreos are prominent in my local grocery store during the St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Springtime months on end cap displays, and I see many of my neighbors picking up a few packages.

Though they are available year round, something about the spring seems to make them more appealing.

This would be a great recipe to try with your kids at home, make for school parties, send for a teacher treat, and especially to serve at Potluck Dinners.

I’m frequently asked for the recipe when I serve it at group functions, and if you’re asked too, I’d be thrilled for you to refer them here to grab a copy of the recipe for themselves.

Enjoy!
