No Bake Reese’s Pieces Pie

Sharing is caring!

My no bake Reese’s Pieces Pie is delicious! Just 8 simple ingredients, 3 of which are Reese’s products. It’s a huge hit in my house and a dessert I’m asked for again and again!

Reese's Pieces Pie

My No Bake Reese’s Pieces Pie may be my boys favorite dessert. Reese’s are definitely my boys favorite candy products and there is not one they don’t like. They also like variety, so I’m always experimenting with these products to create new Reese’s Dessert Ideas.

We once visited the Hershey Factory and my boys wanted to take home at least one of every item they produce. This Reese’s Pie Recipe incorporates several of their favorite Reese’s products.

Any requires that requires just 8 ingredients is a winner in my book. Even better this is a no bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie with an Oreo Crust. Once made it only requires an hour in the refrigerator before it’s set and ready to eat.

My No Bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie is often requested by guests who come to visit our home. It also makes a great dessert if we’re going to a potluck or gathering with family and friends. I’ll ask what I can bring along and my Reese’s Dessert is almost always the answer.

If you love Reese’s as much as my family does, consider serving this delicious pie with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream! Homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream is filled with creamy peanut butter and chunks of peanut butter cups. Easy to make with real ingredients!

Recipe Ingredients & Flavor Variations:

  • PIE CRUST: for convenience I like to use a ready-made Oreo pie crust. Or you can make your own – see my recipe tips below. If you don’t like Oreo cookies then I suggest making a pie crust using Graham Crackers instead.
  • WHIPPED TOPPING: is quick to use. You can substitute with whipping cream instead, just add a touch of vanilla extract for extra flavor and to sweeten the cream a little.
  • CREAM CHEESE: use any variety cream cheese, although full fat works best and gives the best texture to the pie filling.
  • PEANUT BUTTER: use your favorite brand of smooth peanut butter.
  • REESE’S SHELL CHOCOLATE TOPPING: is simple to use and sets quickly. You can substitute with melted dark chocolate.
  • TOPPINGS: I like to top my No Bake Reese’s Oreo Pie with Reese’s Pieces and Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips

Recipe tips:

  1. If you can’t find a pre-made chocolate pie crust, you can easily make your own by crushing Oreo biscuits (this is easiest done in a food processor). Then mix the crumb with melted butter until really well combined. Next just press the mixture into a pie pan and set aside in the refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes while you get on with making the filling.
  2. Pushed for time, no problem. Place this pie in the freezer to help it set quickly.
  3. For a gluten free Reese’s pieces pie look for a gluten free pie crust or make your own with gluten free Oreo biscuits. The Reese’s products mentioned above are gluten free as are most whipped toppings but it’s always worth checking the label.

No Bake Reese’s Pieces PieServing suggestion:

There’s so much flavor in this Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie that I keep things simple and usually serve a slice as it is or with a scoop of my favorite vanilla ice-cream.

This Easy No Bake Reese’s Oreo Pie is a great dessert to finish off any lunch or dinner with the family. It’s also something I like to serve at family gatherings, or prepare to bring along to a potluck dinner.

Can my No Bake Reese’s Pieces Pie be made ahead?

This is a great make ahead no bake pie and I often make it the day before I need it! Cover the pie dish with some aluminum foil and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Leftovers can also be stored like this, assuming you have any, there are never any leftovers in my kitchen!

Can you freeze my Reese’s Pieces Pie?

Any leftover pie can also be frozen. Place the pie in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 6 weeks. Defrost the pie overnight in the refrigerator before eating.
