These easy to make Caesar Salad Bacon Cups are perfect for a busy weeknight dinner or even as an appetizer at a cookout, BBQ, potluck, or any other gathering. We often have guests on the Keto, Gluten Free, or Paleo diet plan – or just looking for lower carb options, and these can be a great option. Just be to sure to use Salad Dressing that fits the criteria, and eliminate the croutons or make them homemade with a Gluten Free Bread. Remove from oven and let rest for about 15 minutes so the bacon hardens and won’t collapse when you remove it off the pan. Gently remove each bacon cup from the pan and place right side up, they will look like little cups.
