Cheeseburger Pie is a family favorite, and it’s really easy to make. Just 6 ingredients and on the table in less than 45 minutes.
Cheeseburger Pie
It’s important to gather all of the necessary ingredients before you start cooking, so you know that you have everything you need at hand.
First, brown 1.5 pounds of ground beef and 1 chopped medium onion in a skillet until the meat is done and the onions are clear.
Pour it into a greased pie dish (I spray mine with Pam, and use a deep dish), and add a layer of shredded cheese on top. I add about a cup.
Meanwhile, mix 1/2 cup Bisquick, 1 cup Milk, and 2 eggs together.
Then, pour it over the meat mixture.
Bake it in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve it up to a hungry, waiting family. They can top with mustard, ketchup, or what everyone here prefers: Country Bobs.

We sometimes add various spices such as basil, cilantro, oregano, etc. My husband and kids like it with Louisiana Hot Sauce, too!

Great recipe! I strongly suggest seasoning the ground beef with a minimum of salt and pepper, to taste. I added a bit of Cajun seasoning too.
