How to make chicken kabobs 

Preheat the grill.

Prepare the kabobs by adding one slice of yellow bell pepper, one slice of red bell pepper, one slice of red onion, and one piece of chicken to the stick.

Repeat the pattern three more times for each kabob stick.

To make the sauce, stir together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, lemon juice, sriracha sauce, and cornstarch slurry in a small saucepan.

Cook the sauce over medium heat until it begins to simmer, stirring occasionally.

Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until it begins to thicken, then remove the pan from heat and allow it to rest for five minutes.
