
Crescent Roll Strawberry Cobbler is one of those easy dessert recipes that we should all have in our repertoire. The strawberry pie filling is topped with a sheet of crescent roll dough, before baking to golden brown in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread the strawberry pie filling in an even layer in the prepared baking sheet.
Top with the crescent roll dough sheet.
Brush the top of the dough with beaten egg.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until the crescent roll dough is golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly, then whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Drizzle the glaze over the top of the cobbler before slicing and serving.
