Air Fryer Chuck Roast

Air Fryer Chuck Roast is one of the easiest ways to cook a chuck roast. Coat the beef in a delicious marinade, wrap up in foil to keep all the flavor in, then place in a hot air fryer to cook for an hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds chuck roast

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix together the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Line the basket of the air fryer with foil and place the roast inside. Brush the seasoning mixture over the top of the roast and wrap the foil tightly around the roast.

  4. Air fry at 350F for 50 to 60 minutes, unwrapping the foil from the top of the roast when 20 minutes remains on the cook time.

  5. Allow the roast to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
