Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, toss the apples with cinnamon and cornstarch.

Measure ½ cup of brown sugar, then add one tablespoon of the sugar to the apples.

Add the blended flour to a large bowl and mix with remaining oats, remaining brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and melted vegetable oil spread.

Add the apples to the baking dish and top with the oat mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
