Honey Mustard Salmon

- Lemon juice - Dijon mustard - Honey - Salmon filets - Salt and pepper - Lemon wedges for serving

1. Whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and honey in a small bowl.

2. Place the salmon skin side down in the dish and season with salt and pepper.

3. Pour the sauce over the top of the filets.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then cook under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken the glaze.

5. Serve with lemon wedges.
