Homemade Sesame Chicken

Homemade Sesame Chicken is a delicious dish with fried chicken pieces tossed in a tasty Asian sauce, sprinkled with sesame seeds, and served on a bed of rice.

– skinless chicken breast  –  eggs – milk – soy sauce –  flour – cornstarch – Salt and pepper – Oil   –  rice vinegar –  brown sugar – sesame oil –  minced garlic – red pepper flakes – ground ginger – Sesame seeds  – white rice  



1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and soy sauce in one bowl

2. Combine the cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.

3. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.

4. Place in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, around 5 minutes per batch.

5. While the chicken is frying, prepare the sauce by combining all the sauce ingredients in a large saucepan.

6. Remove the sauce from heat and toss the chicken until all the pieces are coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
