Easy Beef Stroganoff

- Olive oil - Sirloin, cut into cubes - Small onion, chopped - Cream of mushroom soup - Sour cream - Beef broth - Egg noodles for serving

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the sirloin and onion and sauté until the steak is cooked through.

3. Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and beef broth.

4. Pour the mixture over the top of the steak and simmer until thickened, around 10 minutes.

5. Serve over egg noodles.
