Bacon Cheddar Ranch Potato Salad

It’s BBQ/Cookout/Picnic season and Potato Salad is almost ALWAYS on the menu when we’re hosting or visiting one

–  potatoes  – mayonnaise –  ranch seasoning – salt – pepper –  bacon  –  shredded cheddar cheese

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Place cut potatoes in a steam basket and  steam until tender. Remove from basket to a bowl and season with salt  and pepper. Place potatoes in the refrigerator to cool for at least 30  minutes.

2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Pour mixture over cooled potatoes and stir to coat.

3. Add the cheddar cheese and bacon and stir to combine.

4. Place potato salad in the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour before serving.
