Cheesy Potato Casserole
The guys in my house LOVE potatoes, so I have several different ways that I prepare and serve them. This Cheesy Potato Casserole ranks high among their favorites.
No holiday gathering would be complete without a potato casserole on the table.
A lot of potato casserole recipes are made with canned ingredients that are packed with preservatives.

Yours have a bit of green herbs on them, I am assuming that came already on your frozen potatoes, I really think it adds to the appeal of the dish. Would you recommend a bit of parsley? Or some other herb? My frozen potatoes are plain and I’d love to get that look.
